We are now offering our customers local remote computer support! 

Why is local remote support so great?  Well not only do you enjoy all the joys of a remote support session, not leaving your home, typically reduced pricing, and on-demand service; but in the event that a real live person is required, we can pick up where we left off either on-site or at the shop. 

To use remote support you must have the ability to reach our internet gateway with a high speed connection (DSL or Cable).  You must also have a credit card for payment.  Remote support is $25.00 for the intial connection and $1.00 per hour thereafter.

How does it work?  You simply go to the form below, enter your name and phone number and you will be routed to the next available technician. A technician will then remote connect to your computer.  You will be able to see everything they do on your computer, real time, while they repair the issue.  This is great for those in a hurry or with simple issues or even you night owls.
